Deliveries and Collections

Orders can be placed by emailing sales@stormbuildingproducts.com.

When placing your order, please include a mobile number for the delivery location and an email address if possible.

Once your order is processed, you’ll get a confirmation with your despatch date and estimated delivery time. Should your despatch date or delivery window move, We’ll update you.

Typically, all orders are despatched in 2-7 working days.

Storm use our own delivery fleet as well as third party carriers to deliver your orders, depending on order volume, lead time and delivery location.

Typically our orders are not shipped on a 2 man service, depending on the size and weight of the delivery, our drivers may require assistance to offload your order.

Orders can be placed by emailing sales@stormbuildingproducts.com. Please note, we do not have a trade counter or accept orders over the telephone.

Once your order is processed, you’ll get a confirmation with your collection window, date and time, as well as a collection reference.

Collection windows are allocated Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 3:30pm. Should you require collections outside of this time, please contact our team who will do their best to accommodate your request.

Unless notified otherwise, your order will be available to collect from STORM Building Products, Unit 9, Bridgwater, TA6 4DL.

When collection, please ensure you have your order reference to hand, without it, our team may not be able to release your order.

Important health and safety notice: STORM is a busy yard and warehouse with heavy machinery traversing the site. When attending site, please walk only in marked walkways and park in dedicated parking spaces. Please do not arrive on site prior to your agreed collection window, as the site is typically busy during these hours.
